• Prepare annual gifting documents and attend to filing these with the Inland Revenue Department
• Prepare trustee resolutions and deeds for various trust transactions
• Advise on Trust Administration to ensure that it complies with best practice and therefore is appropriately protecting you and your assets

We are also able to act as independent trustee for your trust.  This is usually however dependant on the requirements of the trust and where there is an appropriate level of involvement to allow us to have an understanding of your needs.
